More early AM insomnia tv: No Homo

While surfing through my standard rotation of blogs, I came across a post by The Chronicles titled 'No Homo'. I've heard this phrase a few times in rap songs and never thought much about it until, again, while watching early morning television, a small editorial piece on Current about rappers and their use of the phrase 'No Homo', addressing the subject based on straight (and often homophobic) hip hop artists and their tendencies, which can sometimes be viewed as "homo" themselves. In no way am I insinuating that my friend Joey is using the term as a blatant rip on gay people, but when you see these two videos, I'm hoping people will 1) laugh because the clips are funny and enlightening, and 2) be enlightened themselves about the double-edged effect 'No Homo' can actually have, no matter how straight you are.
